チャドストーンでお買い物 ▶︎平柳◀︎

Hi! Today I finally went to the chadstone shopping centre where I had been looking forward to going shopping. As I expected, there were a lot of various stores including high brands, grocery stores, knick knack and so on! The ceiling of the shopping center was an arcade made from glass, and it seemed to be a modern crystal palace. I can't explain all about it because it is the biggest shopping mall in Melbourne. It was awesome and extremely fun but too huge for me to walk around and find the stores that I wanted to go. So I asked people 5 times and would have troubled them... Thanks to them, I finally arrived at the store and bought some souvenirs for my family and friends. Also I treated myself to a bit expensive cosmetics because I had studied hard and put up with severe situations without any rewards.

Anyway the interior was just like this

When I was about to go home, one salesperson talked to me and I couldn't ignore her. At the time, I said "Why on earth didn't I ignore this salesperson?  She's just a salesperson, she's gonna force me to buy something that I never want." in my mind. However she was talking about nothing to do with merchandise, she was just asking me about myself like where I am from, why I came to Australia,  what my favorite place in Australia is etc.  It was good to talk to her in the end. And I felt that I shouldn't judge from their appearance, job and attitude because I think that I had better be grateful for encounters who I met and interact with.
God knows what will happen to my life so I'd like to spend my time on interacting many people without any prejudices.

  1. 人を見た目で判断しないことは大事ですよね。まずは話をしてみてから、どのような対応をするかをジャッジすれば、今回のように様々な出会いにつながるわけですね。

    勉強になります。

  2. Without any rewards???? No, you must have a lot of rewards that you only don't notice. When you come back to Japan, you will realize how precious an experience you had in Australia. All you did an felt is a reward. :-)
